MY STORY ABOUT STAR PEOPLE

Updated: Jun 23

I spent 8 years doing threat investigations for one of the largest video game companies in the world. (You'd know the name.) In that job I basically look at patterns and figure out when something that looks random is actually something coordinated, and when something that looks coordinated is in reality, just chaos. And I'm pretty good at telling the difference.

Given this website, obviously, I am also a witch. Not the "I burn sage and manifest things" kind. More of I feed spirits, actively work to be one with the land and take indigenous accounts of contact with non-human intelligence seriously. I do actual psychic navigation, and I have a guide who I've been working with for most of my adult life. He's the reason this whole obsession with investigating Star People (Aliens) started.

I am also married to a scientist, he's the kind of person who wants data and proof, but I'm more of a person who looks for patterns, and don't take just research as credible, I believe people's anecdotal evidence because I recognize that society is not built for everyone to succeed in our institutions so we often debate about this.

This is the story of how these parts of me collided with something I couldn't explain away.

For years, I had a recurring figure in my dreams. He shows up in that in-between state during meditation, where you're not quite asleep but your conscious brain has stepped back enough that other things can come through. I assumed he was a product of my own psyche. Some internal support mechanism my subconscious had built for itself.

He gave me insight over something I was working through and he'd offer perspectives that help. I appreciated him the way you appreciate a useful habit. I didn't question what he was I just figured everyone had recurring figures and scenes in their dreams or meditations.

Then one day he told me something my subconscious could not have known. He told me my grandfather was not my biological grandfather. So I took a DNA test with my mother and sure enough, he was right.

After that, I needed to know what I was actually dealing with. I pushed harder in my work to get clearer contact, to understand who he was and where he was coming from. And eventually, he came to me in what I can only describe as a physical way. Not a dream quality. He looked like a tall human man, pale features in a suit.

If you've spent any time in UAP research, you know exactly that description in modern folklore. The Nordics are a category of reported non-human beings described as human in appearance, tall, light-featured, and showing up in contexts that tend toward information and guidance.

I'm not going to tell you I have that fully figured out. Truly, I don't. What I can tell you is that he has been consistent, accurate, and present in my work and that the moment he gave me information that proved verifiable from an outside source, that was the moment I stopped dismissing what was coming through.

Now all that said, as a threat investigator, when you work in a place like I worked, you meet a lot of people with unusual backgrounds. The gaming industry has a weird relationship with defense and intelligence communities. Not only that but the player base where I worked was very saturated with military personnel, and people love to talk about the strange things they can't explain, whether that's in a game online or people from work grabbing a drink or socializing with industry peers during a conference.

As soon as one person is confident enough to speak up, then everyone tells their stories.

As I shared with my husband about the stories I'd hear from my professional network, or stumble across during an investigation with my husband, as a scientist he wants data and scientific proof. We tend debate productively when it comes to things that are not scientifically backed. He can accept the government documents. He can accept the radar confirmation and the peer-reviewed neuroscience. He cannot yet fully accept that the person I've been in relationship with in meditation for most of my adult life might be a data source. So I started to take his position seriously and went hunting for any scientific backed research.

Which is totally fine, he doesn't have to. We all work with what we've got.

But here's the thing that made me take my own experience more seriously as evidence, specifically as it relates to this research. I'm mixed race and there is a researcher at Stanford, Dr. Garry Nolan, who has been studying what he calls "experiencers."" These are people who have had some form of contact or perception involving non-human intelligence, and one of his findings is that this trait runs in families. Which is interesting because the Dogon, Hopi, Lakota, and Vedic Traditions all claim the same thing.

According to Nolan, MRI scans indicate that the trait is not acquired through experiences but is congenital, and family studies suggest a hereditary pattern associated with this enhanced perceptual ability. He states that this feature seems to pass through families more like a switch instead of a dial. The neurological signature he's identified appears to be disproportionately represented with people who report contact with non-human intelligence.

He's also identified a specific gene variant that roughly 30 percent of the experiencers he's studied, a gene linked to cells being able to detect and respond to signals from outside themselves and radiation repair.

Nolan's research is still in process. He has stated in interviews, not yet in peer-reviewed publication, that the populations he's finding overrepresented among experiencers include indigenous and mixed-heritage lineages. Welp, that's me. So when the DNA test confirmed what my guide had told me about my grandfather, that's when that test revealed the specific heritage mix I carry.

My husband, Mr. "I have degrees in evolutionary biology, microbiology, and chemistry" would like me to note that correlation is not causation and that Nolan's genetic data is not yet peer-reviewed. He is correct. I am noting it anyway, because the pattern is the pattern and I'm a threat analyst and we look at patterns. So I keep following the trail.

Right now the trail says I have been in contact with something, it chose to establish that contact in a way that was eventually verifiable, I carry heritage that appears in the populations Nolan is studying, and the trait runs in families. I don't know what to do with all of that yet. But it gives me fuel to keep researching and collecting evidence that fits my filter.

Why Most UAP Research Is Garbage

Most of what exists in this space is genuinely garbage. I say that with full sincerity and zero apology.

The field has a contamination problem, and a lot of it traces back to one source: Ancient Aliens, the show, and the broader ancient alien theorist framework it popularized. That framework takes real things, real documented anomalies, real indigenous accounts, real physical evidence and wraps them in a premise that is, quite frankly, racist. The argument is: these civilizations couldn't have built what they built without outside help. That is not a UAP theory. That is a repackaged "these people were too primitive to have their own science" argument, dressed up as alternative history. The Maya had astronomy that still impresses modern astronomers. The Dogon preserved knowledge of a star system invisible to the naked eye decades before we could confirm it with telescopes. They act like these people needed rescuing from Star People and that they were not sophisticated enough to build their temples without help from Star People. They were sophisticated, intelligent communities, by claiming they weren't is active erasure of their intelligence and culture.

So I had to build a filter. I needed to know what to throw out before I could figure out what to keep. This is rooted in how I analyze threats...

FIRST, WHAT DOES A PERSON GET FOR COMING FORWARD?

Book deal, speaking tour, YouTube channel, attention? Goes in the skeptic column. Not automatically disqualifying, but that's data does not belong here for my purpose.

Lost career, lost flight assignment, lost clearance, feared for their life, died under disputed circumstances shortly after talking? Goes in the credible column. People do not pay those prices for attention.

For example, Captain Kenju Terauchi was a 29-year veteran JAL pilot who reported a craft the size of an aircraft carrier pacing his 747 for 50 minutes over Alaska. Radar confirmed contact. He didn't write a book. He got grounded.

David Grusch filed a classified whistleblower complaint with the DoD Inspector General in 2021. This was two years before it when it went public and people were paying attention. He cleared DoD prepublication review before speaking. The guy feared for his life. He gave specific facility addresses to investigators under oath. That's not attention-seeking. That's someone who went through every formal protection available, years before it was worth anything to him publicly.

SECOND, WOULD THE INSTITUTION USE THIS MUCH FORCE TO SUPPRESS SOMETHING THAT WASN'T REAL?

Gary McKinnon accessed NASA and military computers on a slow dial-up connection. He reportedly found a spreadsheet titled "Non-Terrestrial Officers" with names not in any public military roster, and ship transfers for vessels that don't correspond to known naval vessels. While he couldn't copy or recover any files, the US government spent a decade trying to extradite him and threatened him with 70 years in prison.

That response is not proportionate to a harmless eccentric man with Asperger's poking around government networks. Unless what he found was genuinely sensitive.

Even the Vatican compared David Grusch's specific sworn claim about Pope Pius XII and a 1933 crash retrieval in Italy to "requests for personal letters from Pontius Pilate." The Vatican basically said "we are the oldest continuously operating archive in Western civilization, we have been collecting and preserving documents for two thousand years, and even we don't have letters from the man who signed the death warrant of Jesus Christ. So whatever you think we're hiding, you're operating on a fantasy about what institutions actually preserve." That's such a weird kind of flex and dismissal for something supposedly not worth engaging with. (Even though a theology scholar, Diana Walsh Pasulka, documented her partial access to the Vatican Archives and that there are things in there that are better understood through a UAP lens than a traditional miraculous one.)

Institutional behavior tells you things and its important to pay attention and keep following the patterns.

THIRD, FOR ANCIENT AND INDIGENOUS ACCOUNTS SPECIFICALLY: WHO IS INTERPRETING THIS AND WHAT DO THEY GAIN FROM THEIR INTERPRETATION?

Anything filtered through a Western religious lens, a colonial missionary record, or a researcher imposing a predetermined framework gets set aside, even my own nations' westernized records. Not because its invalid but the interpretation is contaminated to those outside of the tradition. I want what the tradition itself says, in its own terms, using the vocabulary the tradition itself uses for the people who hold that knowledge. Not what someone from outside decided it meant. Or from someone like me, who is mixed-race raised in western culture, I know the stories, but I was not raised in the tradition. Finding the right interpretations also must be interpreted by western institutions as credible. This filter eliminated popular sources for UAP content, this includes Sitchin, von Däniken, Castaneda, and about 80% of popular UAP content in one pass.

What survived was smaller. It was also more consistent than I was prepared for.

What I Found

THERE ARE TWO FACTIONS OF STAR PEOPLE

When I stopped consuming everything and started only consuming what passed my filters and started mapping it, six things kept appearing. Across cultures with no historical contact with each other. Across centuries. Across the documented physical record, the government record, and what comes through in my practice.

This is not new, and it is not random.

The Sumerian Anunnaki texts are the oldest written records we have as a species. They describe beings who arrived physically, directed human labor and biological reproduction, and formed two distinct factions with opposing relationships to humans. The Dogon of Mali preserved knowledge of a star system invisible to the naked eye, documented by secular French anthropologists in 1931, decades before we could confirm it with telescopes. The Hopi explicitly distinguish between physical Kachina visitors and spiritual metaphor, something their own elders draw, not something imposed on the tradition.

The modern US government record starts in 1947. When the US government stumbled into something that indigenous cultures have been in relationship with for millennia. The government's timeline of this story begins with their involvement.

These same two factions keep appearing everywhere.

I know how easy it is to flatten this into angel/demon dualism and call it a cultural artifact. But when you strip out the theological overlay and look at the physical descriptions, the behavioral patterns, the specific relationship each group has with humans, the same structure shows up across traditions that did not have contact with one other.

Sumerian texts have two groups of Anunnaki with opposing agendas toward humans. Vedic tradition has Devas and Asuras. Hopi tradition explicitly distinguishes helper and hostile Kachina. Lakota tradition separates benevolent star ancestors from sky beings that take people who don't come back. Zulu tradition, documented by Credo Mutwa who was a practicing sanusi describes the Chitauri as specifically adversarial to human wellbeing.

Two groups. Similar capabilities. Opposing agendas. Across traditions time and time again.

And David Grusch, under oath before Congress, referenced multiple categories of recovered craft and occupants.

Now in my personal work, I understand this duel faction take but I think its more complicated than we think. Spirits are just like people. There are those that are helpful, and those that are not. From my understanding the ones that we view as dangerous tend to be looking for our genetic material for some reason. There are people who claim to know this reason, but in my personal practice I have not been able to pick up this same information. I don't necessarily prescribe them to being bad, my take is that they are more-so desperate and their views on people as individuals can be apathetic when they look at their own population as collective. Compared to the other group, who values free will and cultivating support for both individual and community growth. This community perspective is just different from western culture. The ones that have always provided insight seem to be physically far away and have this cosmic vibe to them. It would take time to get here or require enormous amount of energy to corporealize it into our dimensional space. I don't think any of them are a threat, I think of them more like older siblings. Siblings don't always get along but still care for one another on some level. THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PRIEST CLASS IN THE KNOW

Every civilization in the record has a version of the same structure. A small group with access to the information. Everyone else managed, protected, or simply kept unaware. The Dogon hogon who held the Sirius knowledge weren't sharing it with the village. The Hopi clan system gates specific contact knowledge by lineage. The Sacred Congregation for Rites collected accounts of anomalous contact and locked them in an archive the public cannot access. Project Blue Book collected 12,618 reports and classified the ones that couldn't be explained. The PURSUE release happened because whistleblowers forced it after decades of Congressional requests that went nowhere.

The structure is always the same. A select few at the interface. The rest of the population either unaware, or aware but without the context to understand what they're looking at.

What concerns me about the current moment is that this structure is still intact, and the technology being reverse engineered from recovered craft is being developed inside that same closed loop. The general population doesn't have access to what's being built. We don't have the resources to protect ourselves from it if it goes wrong. And we don't have a seat at the table where those decisions are being made.

THEY SHARE INFORMATION BUT THERE IS A TECHNILOGICAL CEILING

Every tradition that describes knowledge transfer from these beings describes the same categories: astronomy, agriculture, architecture, mathematics. Specific, verifiable, reproducible knowledge. And every tradition that describes knowledge that was NOT transferred is describing the same categories: propulsion, weapons capable of threatening the Star People, any means of tracking or locating them, any independently verifiable knowledge of their origin.

For example, The Tic Tac propulsion system has been in US military possession, by Grusch's account, for decades. We cannot reproduce it. The most technologically advanced civilization in human history, with billions in black budget funding and the best aerospace minds available, cannot figure out how the engine works.

That is the same asymmetric ceiling described in the Vaimanika Shastra, where the propulsion specifications in the text are either missing or described in terms that can't be reconstructed. The ceiling is consistent across thousands of years. I don't know it just seems like a coincidence to me, as if its more of a policy. And in their shoes, I can't say I blame them for not giving us means of access to them, especially now when we have such emotionally unstable leaders.

THEY HAVE INTEREST IN OUR BIOLOGY

Teresa of Ávila, writing in the 16th century under orders from her confessor (so not voluntarily, not for attention), described a physically present non-human being who plunged a spear into her chest repeatedly. The Vatican preserves her actual heart as a relic, reportedly showing a physical wound consistent with her description. She called the being a cherub in her original Spanish. Her confessor edited the manuscript and changed it to seraph. The primary source says one thing. The institution changed it. That suppression pattern runs all the way back to 1562.

Maria de Ágreda was seemingly in two places at once with the help of "angels" where she approached the Jumano tribe in the American Southwest while her body remained in Spain. A Franciscan friar investigated independently and cross-corroborated a specific physical detail about the tribal leader across two continents, from two separate investigative streams. That anatomical detail is what lifts the case out of pure faith tradition and into "this needs an explanation."

The Brazilian Air Force's Operation Saucer in 1977 documented over 35 patients hospitalized with radiation burns and puncture wounds from directed light beams with military investigation. A 2,000-page classified report with dozens of witnesses some still alive today.

And Garry Nolan at Stanford published peer-reviewed findings showing consistent neurological changes in intelligence and military personnel who reported UAP exposure. Increased density in specific brain regions. Biological response to an external stimulus, not pre-existing pathology.

The biological interest is consistent across the physical record, the documented medical record, and accounts across traditions. Whatever this is, it has been paying specific attention to human biology for a very long time.

THERE IS INSTITUTIONAL SUPRESSION EVEN WHEN ITS THEM PRESERVING IT

Teresa's confessor changed her word in her own manuscript. The Army issued a press release confirming a flying disc recovery in 1947 and retracted it within hours. Apollo astronaut transcripts describing anomalous objects above the lunar surface were held classified for 60 years and released in May 2026. The Vatican's own investigative archive, which functioned essentially as a legal proceeding with sworn depositions and physical evidence requirements, has accounts that the current institution describes as not worth engaging with.

These are not coordinated institutions. They don't talk to each other about this. Their suppression behaviors are consistent anyway. When institutions with no connection to each other respond to the same category of evidence the same way, you're not looking at coordinated deception. You're looking at a consistent human institutional response to something that genuinely threatens what institutions are built to protect.

THOSE WHO TELL THE TRUTH PAY A PRICE

The pilots who lost career assignments. The scientists who died under disputed circumstances within weeks of disclosure pressure escalating in 2026. The colonel who commanded Operation Saucer, gave one interview stating the phenomena were real and non-human, and died shortly after. The whistleblower who filed with the Inspector General two years before anyone was paying attention, then testified under oath that people had been harmed to keep the program secret, and named specific facility addresses.

I know what it costs someone to say a thing they know will not be believed. I've watched people make that calculation. The ones who say it anyway, at real cost to themselves, are the ones I believe. And now that I've been illegally fired, even I feel more comfortable coming forward because I should not have to self-censor my truth.

Where I Actually Landed

Here's what I actually think, as plainly as I can say it.

There are non-human intelligences that have been in relationship with humanity for longer than recorded history. Plural. Not one thing. At least two categories with different relationships to us but perhaps a whole gambit of races. The physical record, the government record, and the pre-modern indigenous accounts are all describing pieces of the same phenomenon from different vantage points and different eras.

The US government has known since at least 1947 that this is real, and has managed the public narrative accordingly. "Managing the narrative" isn't the same as lying about everything. It means releasing what serves the current institutional goal, suppressing what doesn't, and responding to challenges with force disproportional to the sensitivity of what's being protected.

The most credible whistleblower accounts describe these beings as operating from a framework where consciousness is a property of the universe, not of individuals. Life is seeded, shaped, and monitored to build complexity toward something. The motivation is cultivation and self understanding, not conquest. Honestly, one of the clearest framings I've encountered for this idea didn't come from this research at all. It came from a fantasy novel, Interlude I-2:Ym of Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson, where a minor character describes a cosmology built on the idea that existence began as one unified consciousness that divided itself not out of accident but out of longing with a desire to know other perspectives and end its own solitude. Sanderson didn't invent that idea. He pulled it from Kabbalistic tzimtzum, from Hindu frameworks where Brahman generates multiplicity from unity out of a desire to know itself, from Gnostic creation narratives.

I find that framing consistent with what I encounter in my own work. My guide operates like a navigator who's invested in where I end up. Not controlling. Not extracting. Orienting. Refining universal perspective into better forms of intelligence so that The Great Spirit understands it's experiences. Whether that's a coincidence or a data point I don't know its more of my personal spiritual framework that I'm still figuring out.

With the government saying, "Yes, these things happened, we documented them, here they are!" What has not been released is the crash retrieval programs, the non-human biologics, the reverse engineering, the facility addresses Grusch gave to investigators under oath. It appears the dam isn't broken. But there are cracks that weren't there before.

What I'm Watching For, and What I Think Is Actually Happening

Right now I continue working with my guides the way I always have. At one point I asked flat out: "Are you an alien?"

The response I got was amusement. Not "yes" or "no". It's like a specific type of amusement you get from a parent watching a their kid discover that gravity is a thing. A "isn't it obvious, but we love watching you figure it out" energy. The non-answer is itself consistent with the pattern from my research: they don't hand over the whole picture. (Unless you are on DMT but that is a whole other topic of discussion) They haven't across any tradition, any century, any account that survived my filter.

So I'm watching for specific things as more documents come out.

In meditation I've been shown fragments around the nature of self-awareness. Not metaphor. Specific questions about what consciousness is, what it means that humans can observe themselves observing, and whether that capacity maps onto anything the UAP record describes about why there is a biological interest in us specifically. I want to see if what gets declassified gives any structural support to what I've been shown.

I'm also watching the geopolitical frame very carefully, because something just bothers me about it.

The files are being released inside an institution that just spent eight figures telling the world its orientation has shifted from defense to offense. The same institution that is waging a war on Iran, that sits between three major continental economic powers. That's a huge power play for Global control, while China is making technological advancements in areas where the gap with American capability is narrowing. And there is a concentrated, safety-optional race toward artificial intelligence being run by people who, by their own admission, are not confident it ends well.

(About that... the people building this technology are not optimistic about the outcome in private. Geoffrey Hinton, who is literally called the Godfather of AI and won a Nobel Prize for his foundational work in the field, left Google specifically to be able to warn people without corporate constraint. He puts the odds of AI leading to human extinction within the next thirty years at 10 to 20 percent. Paul Christiano led the language model alignment team at OpenAI and puts it at 50/50 once AI systems reach human level. Eliezer Yudkowsky, who helped inspire the founding of some of the leading AI companies and has been in this field longer than most, puts his personal estimate above 95 percent and literally titled his recent book "If Anyone Builds It, Everyone Dies." Sam Altman, who is actively building it, has described the worst-case scenario as "lights out for all of us" and still keeps building.

The term for this in AI safety circles is p(doom). Your personal probability estimate that advanced AI development ends in existential catastrophe. The fact that this is a technical term people use in ordinary professional conversation tells you something about what the field actually believes behind the press releases.)

I don't think what we're facing from non-human intelligences is a direct threat to us as individuals. The pattern in the record, across every tradition and every era, is not conquest. Something is watching us figure things out with the patience of something that has been doing this for a very long time.

I guess what i'm saying is that what concerns me is what we might do with reverse-engineered technology we don't understand, in a geopolitical moment where the institution releasing the files just renamed itself the Department of War, while the people building the other transformative technology are privately gambling on odds that it kills everyone.

These things happening simultaneously, while a select class of people with close ties to these events getting to control the narrative. A small group that manages the narrative for everyone else. That structure has never served the majority of the population and I don't see evidence it's doing so now. Most of us are just trying to survive. We don't have the resources to protect ourselves from whatever is being reverse engineered in classified facilities. We don't have the power to do something about the AI race being run on our behalf without our meaningful input. And we don't have the full picture of who or what might show up to prevent or respond to the consequences of the current geopolitical climate.

WHAT CAN WE DO We need to shift in how we view ourselves. We have been trained to think of ourselves as civilians of specific continents, subjects of specific governments, members of specific nations. That frame is too small for what we're in right now. We need to view ourselves as civilians of the world and move forward and make decisions through that lens. Think for ourselves and avoid being manipulated, and be patient and educate those around us that are ignorantly feeding into these systems.

We are not alone, We have probably never been alone. We need to prepare for the next generation that's going to navigate a world where that is simply a known fact. Not a fringe theory.

I don't know what the right decisions are. I'm watching, researching, and asking questions in every direction available to me including the ones that aren't strictly material. What I do suspect, is this escalation in doomsday scenarios, the Star People that care for us, and cultivate our collective spiritual wellbeing are recognizing where this is headed and they will come forward, its clear the American government is trying to control the narrative before they do. Or use it as a scapegoat or distraction from the current political climate. Whether they come forward to all of us, or continue to work in small groups, that remains to be seen. When it does happen, be skeptical the way an investigator is skeptical, not the way a cynic is. Cynicism closes doors. Investigative skepticism keeps them open while demanding evidence. Ask who benefits from the narrative being presented. Ask what the nothing-to-gain witnesses are saying versus what the institutions are saying. And if someone shows up offering easy answers, a community, and a leader... WALK AWAY! You are allowed to take it in slowly, and come to your own conclusions on your own timeline. So, ya know, don't join any Alien Cults. ^_^
